2013 Vic Marsh Annual Service Award
Mike Lauber
Mike Lauber of Dover is the 2013 recipient of the Vic
Marsh Service Award. Lauber is chairman & CEO of
Tusco Display in Gnadenhutten and New Phila. He
has a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster
and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business
at Dartmouth College. He’s a proud Massillon Tiger,
an Eagle Scout and led a group of bicyclists who
raised over $250,000 in support of HIV/AIDS charities.
Mike has led the 29,000-member College of Wooster
Alumni Association, the Community Improvement
Corporation of Tuscarawas County, the Point of
Purchase Advertising International trade association,
the 2006 United Way of Tuscarawas County Campaign
and currently leads TOGA, the Tuscarawas Oil & Gas
Alliance. He is a Trustee of The College of Wooster
and was inducted into his industry’s Hall of Fame
in 2008. He has served on numerous local, state
and national boards, including the United Way of
Tuscarawas County. He was named Citizen of the Year
for Tuscarawas County in 2005.
Mike has testified before Congress, addressed the
Governor of Ohio and his cabinet, been published
widely, and speaks frequently on issues related to
strategic marketing, economic development and
international adoption. Mike and wife Elizabeth have
four daughters and live in a restored Victorian home
in Dover.
