Welcome to the 2015 Delaware Equine Industry Directory.
Welcome to the 2015 Delaware Equine Industry Directory.
The Delaware Equine Council’s mission is to promote, protect and
enhance the keeping of equines. As an all volunteer organization,
we continue to work on behalf of all breeds, disciplines, interests,
schools and related businesses to promote the industry. We do not
compete with other equine groups, stables or businesses.
As a member of the American Horse Council, we will continue to
provide you with updates on the latest equine industry related legislation and any other activities that may impact us.
One of the major annual accomplishments of the Delaware Equine
Council is the awarding of several $1,000 scholarships. An application is included in this Directory. You are welcome to encourage
any potential candidates to apply.
There are many advantages to being a Delaware Equine Council
member. See the application in this Directory.
The publication of this Directory has been recognized as the single
source of reference for all equine activities and businesses in this
region. Please use and share it with all!
Sincerely,
Stan Vonasek
President, Delaware Equine Council

Magazine Redistribution Program
This is a program where everyone can help. Simply bring your
used horse magazines to a drop off area listed below or contact
Carol Seiler at 443-466-5043. Volunteers will discard old labels
and replace them with new ones that read “Compliments of
Delaware Equine Council”, www.delawareequinecouncil.org.
Volunteers then distribute these magazines to hospitals, professional offices and public and school libraries. What a great way
to help share our love and knowledge of horses with others than to
offer them free literature to enjoy. We are always grateful for your
assistance in making this program a reality.
