Dink’s offers a complete catering service at your home, office, or plant
in northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas. All of our regular barb-que menu items are available for your special event, and additional
food items, including hamburgers, fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and
other specialties are available on request.
We are specialists in catering for large groups. The experience of our
staff permits us to serve as many as 5,000 people with hot prepared
foods, cold salads and side dishes, and beverages.
If you are planning a holiday party or any special event celebration, call
for price quote, more details and to reserve your dates. Our catering
menu is available on our website.
Delivery
During our regular business hours, we offer delivery service on a first
come first served basis to local businesses, offices, and plants. Minimum
delivered order is $50.00. For best service, please phone or fax your order
at least two hours before scheduled delivery time.

A Bartlesville Tradition
Our Meats are cooked on our hickory fired pit with 100% native
hickory wood, assuring the best possible flavor.
Our Beef is only fresh USDA inspected beef brisket, slowly cooked on our
pit. It’s our specialty. Try it sliced or chopped.
Our Pork is pure pork tenderloin, high off the hog, and USDA inspected.
Cooked gently on the pit for 4 to 6 hours. Moist, tender, and lean…You will
love it.
Our Ribs are tender, select USDA pork spareribs, cooked with great care
on our pit. Tender, juicy, and just the way you like them.
Our Sauce is a secret, naturally. Not too sweet. Not too smoky. An old and
