Here at Famous Dave’s BBQ we focus on
delivering the best product possible. All
of our meats are prime cuts, smoked with
full-flavored Hickory wood. Our ribs,
beef brisket, and pork are smoked up
to 12 hours, giving it our legendary real
pit BBQ flavor; juicy and tender every
time. We top our meats with our famous
award-winning BBQ sauce. Our guarded
recipes are a mixture of sweet molasses,
