Famous Dave’s proudly follows the time-honored tradition of authentic, real,
pit-smoked barbeque. We smoke our BBQ meats at each restaurant up to 14
hours using real hickory wood. And that same hand-crafted attention to detail
goes into our flavorful side dishes and made-from-scratch desserts. You and
your guests deserve the best! So, if you’re planning an event, Famous Dave’s
BBQ is sure to bring smiles and a lot of fun. There’s no better way to excite your
guests and be assured that your event will be a great success. Make it easy – just
call our catering specialist to help you plan your Famous event.

ORDER METHOD
• Complete Meal Barbeque Specialties. The advantage to ordering complete meals is knowing you’ll have enough food for everyone to have a full
plate. While shown as complete meals, all the food will come packaged for
buffet-style service in large disposable aluminum hotel pans; and all the
serving utensils, paper plates, plasticware (fork, knife and spoon), napkins,
wetnaps and extra BBQ sauce are included at no charge.
OUR PASSION IS THE DETAILS
• Family-Style. When you need just the meat or sides for a pot-luck or similar
event you can order half or full pans of individual items to lower your cost.
-Choose Your-
LEVEL OF SERVICE
• Pick-up. Just select the Famous Dave’s location most convenient for you, let
us know your desired pick-up time, and we’ll have your order ready.
• Delivery & Set-Up. Our staff will bring the food, packaged in large disposable
hotel pans, and set everything up for you on your table(s) or wherever you
request. The only thing you may have to do is lift the lids when your group is
ready to dig in. (Minimum order size may apply and delivery fees vary.)

• Full Service. Our specially trained catering team will bring everything you
need – including buffet tables, tablecloths and chafing dishes. We’ll set up as
many buffet lines as are needed and depending on your event, we can either
serve your guests or have the buffet line be self-serve. While most of our
full-service events are casual and picnic-themed, if you would like your event
to be more upscale, just let us know. We have upgrade options for tableware,
eating utensils and linen tablecloths, as well as relationships with local rental
companies to get whatever is needed. Our catering sales specialist will work
with you on all the details to make your event “Famous”.
