OUR STORY & WE’RE STICKIN’ TO IT!
Since 1988, we have worked at crafting our baby back ribs, barbeque sauces and other recipes. In
that time, we’ve won dozens of national and international rib cook-off competition awards. Several
years ago we introduced our fare to the Hickory House in Aspen where we have achieved success
beyond our dreams. Our competitors and friends from Michelbob’s Championship Ribs Restaurant of
Naples Florida, have shared some of their secrets with us as we continue to sharpen our barbeque
skills. In combination, the offerings on this menu have proven to be the “best in Colorado”. We hope

ABOUT OUR SMOKED MEATS
1. Our Bar B-Q Sauce is our own
recipe and is manufactured for us.
2. Our Baked Beans and Cole Slaw
are made from scratch daily
using our own sauce recipes.
3. Our Onion Rings are hand-cut
and individually hand-dipped
daily in our own batter recipe.
4. Our Bar B-Q Meats are
seasoned and smoked daily.
Look for the pink!
Our unique slow-smoking and cooking process tends to
leave our Meats - Ribs, Chicken, Pork and Beef pinkish or
reddish in color even though they are completely and
thoroughly cooked. When you see this coloring it is the
flavor of our Meats and why they taste so good.

ABOUT OUR RIBS
Our ribs, imported from Denmark, are the highest grade
available and are selected by weight, age and meat content.
Ribs, like humans, vary in size and shape. We try very hard
to make each portion correct in weight even though they
may visually vary in size and shape. Mother Nature created
these differences and we work with them the best we can.
