The accredited test laboratory Interbasic Resources, Inc. purchased a number of room air cleaners on the open market and
tested them for their filtration efficiency. Only the icleen HealthPremium was able to trap over 99% of virtually all types
of pollution particles. The below graphs are based on independent laboratory tests which determined the HyperHEPA
filter’s removal efficiency for various particle size ranges.

The HealthPremium features Hyper HEPA
technology that results in up to 100 times
higher retention of airborne particles (e.g. dust,
allergens, microorganisms) than that provided
by conventional HEPA air cleaners. The entire
air cleaner (not just the filter) is certified to provide over 99.97% particle removal.
Powerful Chemical & Odour Filtration
The HealthPremium features a PowerSorp
gas and odour filter which contains a unique
blend of activated carbon and impregnated
active alumina for the powerful removal of a
wide variety of chemicals and unpleasant
odours. While other air cleaners use only a few
grammes of such media, the HealthPremium™
offers 3.2 kg of this special blend.
Ultra-Quiet Design
The unique "Sandwich Design" positions the fan
between the noise absorbing filters. In addition,
the dual wall design absorbs sound effectively.

Dual Impact Ionisation
The dual ionisation stage generates a
constant stream of negative ions which are
evenly dispersed in the airflow. These serve

3. Effective Removal of Deadly Viruses
The HealthPremium HyperHEPA filter has been independently tested in accordance
with the world's most stringent HEPA filter test norm (European Norm EN1822).
The results show that it even removes ultrafine particles down to 0.003
microns in size with a guaranteed minimum filtration efficiency of
99.5%. This means that the icleen system reliably captures pollutants
and microorganisms up to 100 times smaller than ordinary air cleaners
and 10 times smaller than a virus.
