Trendsetting and award-­‐winning Gospel artist Terri Cann has been described as soulful and authentic. Her new EP “Higher” is full of life’s realities and shares and inspirational word. Her latest album shares a transparent yet triumphant journey from beginning to end of the new record, each song addressing the tools needed to maintain a deep relationship with God. Terri Cann embarked on her singing career at the age of eleven, and has since used her gift in acting, song, dance, and performing throughout the eastern, northern and southern parts of the United States. Terri pours her very soul into her music, helping others feel the emotions, disappointments, and trials everyone experiences in life. Knowing who she is in Christ, Terri fully embraces her adoption into His royal family and loves the colors purple and gold. She enjoys travel and loves green tea ice cream. She is also a newlywed, the daughter of the late Apostle Dr. Robert E. Cann and Pastor Dr. Merle Cann. She is a music teacher at a high school in Brooklyn, NY, and recently two Masters degrees.
