Regularly restocked mini‐bar and liquor dispenser. Trip Cancelation Policy: Cancelations after June 18th lose $400.00 Cancelations after the August 6th membership meeting lose 100%, If spot is not sold. Must be 2013‐2014 Warren Ski Club Member.
WARREN SKI CLUB TRIP AND TOUR AGREEMENT

A. DEPOSIT: Deposits and payments are outlined on each trip flyer. Send the initial deposit for each trip with this Trip and Tour Agreement and a copy
of your passport (if the trip goes out of the country) or driver’s license if trip is in the US, to address listed above.
B. IDENTIFICATION: Each person Must Have an Up-To-Date (Valid) State issued Pictured I.D. for travel within the U.S. or an Up-To-Date
(Valid) PASSPORT for presentation at the airport for check-in. Customs requires a passport for trips out of the country. (See Notice below) No refunds
will be made to any passengers whose participation is affected due to failure to possess proper identification.
C. CANCELLATION AND/OR CHARGES: The Warren Ski Club reserves the right to withdraw the tour, to refuse to accept or retain any person as a
member of the tour at any time, or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in their sole judgment conditions warrant. Applicant shall be liable to
the Warren Ski Club for any monies expended or paid by the Warren Ski Club over and above payments made by applicant. The Warren Ski Club may
add supplemental cost such as but not limited to fuel surcharges, taxes, and airport departure charges or currency rate changes.
D. RESPONSIBILITY: The Warren Ski Club is acting as agent for the applicant and shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to baggage or property,
for any loss, injury, personal injury, death, accident, delay, inconvenience, or any other loss during, or occasioned by applicant’s participation or lack of
participation, in any trip or tour. Trip participation, all tours and all activities are at participant’s own risk. The Warren Ski Club encourages participants
to purchase Travel, Health, Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance.
E. REFUNDS: A full refund will be made to applicant if the trip is canceled by The Warren Ski Club except and unless where such cancellation is
necessitated or caused, either wholly or in part, by applicant’s cancellation or failure to make timely payments. Failure to make timely payments, at the
Warren Ski Club’s discretion, may be deemed as cancellation. Cancellation Policy concerning refunds is outlined on each trip flyer.
F. Timely Payments: Payments are due as stated on the trip flyer. Failure to make these payments in a timely manner may result in the applicant being
charged a late fee of $25.
G. TSA RULE: As of May 2009, it is mandatory from TSA that we know your COMPLETE LEGAL NAME, MIDDLE NAME LAST NAME also, birth
date and gender for ticketing. Failure to supply such information can cause airline tickets not to be issued or cancellation of trip.

Final payment is due as stated on the trip flyer. If balance is not received by this date, you will be charged a $25 late fee. This may also
