CANCELAMENTO DE OPERAÇÃO NO UK VAC DE BRASÍLIA EM 13/08/2015
Prezado solicitante de visto
Por razões imprevisíveis e operacionais foi cancelada a abertura do centro de solitação no dia 13 de agosto
de 2015, data que UKVI informou que você tinha se agendado.
Solicitamos que você acesse o site do Governo Britânico www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk para reagendar a data do
seu comparecimento para qualquer outra disponível antes ou depois deste seu agendamento atual.
Lamentamos profundamente qualquer transtorno que tal cancelamento possa ocasionar. Como forma de
diminuir o impacto de tal alteração, e de acordo com nossa política de reembolso e termo de
responsabilidade, além das outras datas que temos previsto para o mês de agosto será em breve aberto mais
vagas para agendamentos Tier 4 no dia 6 de agosto e um novo dia de funcionamento do VAC será aberto
para o dia 27 de agosto.
Para facilitar seu processo de reagendamento segue anexo instruções de como realizá-lo. É importante que
você faça seu novo agendamento o quanto antes para garantir uma vaga disponível, por ser um centro de
atendimento temporário não podemos garantir que haja uma vaga disponível para todos os clientes. Caso,
ocasionalmente, não haja vaga no centro de solicitação de vistos em Brasília os solicitantes poderão
escolher os escritórios do Rio de Janeiro ou São Paulo.
O site da VFS www.vfsglobal.co.uk/brazil está em processo de atualização para reforçar este aviso a todos
requerentes e, provavelmente, na terça-feira (28/07/2015) UKVI disponibilizará as novas vagas para
solicitantes Tier 4 no dia 06 de agosto e a data do dia 27 de agosto estará disponível para seleção no site do
www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk.
Um email foi enviado a cada solicitante de visto agendado, assegure-se de responder esse email
confirmando seu recebimento.

BRASILIA UK VAC OPERATION CANCELATION FOR AUGUST 13TH
Dear visa applicant
Due to unforeseen and operational reasons it has been cancelled the opening of the Brasilia visa application
centre on August 13th 2015, date which UKVI informed you have booked an appointment.
We kindly request you to visit the UK government website www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk to reschedule the date of
your visa application submission to any date available before or after your current booking.
We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience such cancelation may cause. As to lower the impact of such
change, and accordingly to VFS disclaimer and refund policy, besides the already planned dates in August
soon it will be opened more Tier 4 appointment slots for August 6th and a new operational date will be
created for August 27th.
To ease your rescheduling process follows a guidance explaining how to reschedule. It is very important
that you schedule your new appointment as soon as possible to guarantee an available date, as a temporary
enrolment location we cannot guarantee all applicants will have an appointment slot available. If,
occasionally, there is no appointment to the Brasilia VAC applicants may select Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo
visa application centre.
The VFS website www.vfsglobal.co.uk/brazil is being updated to reinforce this notice to all applicants and,
probably, on Tuesday(28/07/2015) the UKVI will make available new Tier 4 appointments slots to Aug 6th
and the 27th August date will be available for selection at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk website.
An email has been sent to each applicant individually informing about this cancelation, kindly ensure to
confirm receipt of the regarded email.

Passos para realizar o reagendamento da data de comparecimento
no VAC:
1. Retornar ao site www,visa4uk.fco.gov.uk com seus dados de login e senha para
acessar seu formulário de solicitação de visto (figure 1). Caso tenha se esquecido da
sua senha clique em ‘forgotten your password’ (vide figura 2) que o sistema lhe
enviará por email a senha cadastrada.

2. Você será direcionado a página que consta suas solicitações de visto, role a página e
selecione a solicitação para qual você deseja reagendar.
3. Selecione a opção ‘view appointment’, este te levará para a página com os detalhes do
seu agendamento. Vide figura 3 e 4.

4. Selecione ‘update appointment’ para reagendar
5. Escolha o centro de solicitação de visto em que deseja dar submeter seu process. Este
poderá ser o mesmo anterior ou outro que desejar. Lembrando que para o centro de
solicitação de vistos em Brasília há uma taxa adicional para pagamento que será
cobrado em conjunto com sua taxa de solicitação de visto.

6. Selecione o seu tipo de agendamento. Lembrando que a opção ‘PBS Tier 4 Student’ é
exclusiva para os requerentes dessa categoria de visto. As opções Prime time
(agendamento em horário nobre) e Premium Lounge (sala VIP) requerem o pagamento
de uma taxa adicional na página ‘serviços de pagamento do usuário’ do site
www.vfsglobal.co.uk/brazil

7. Selecione o dia e a hora em que deseja realizar seu novo agendamento. Feito isso a
página te levará de volta à página inicial com suas solicitações de vistos.

imprimir seu comprovante de agendamento.

Rescheduling application submission date at the UK Visa
Application Centre (VAC)
Dear Applicant
This guidance was designed by VFS as to ease your understanding on the rescheduling process
of your application submission date at the UK Visa Application Centre.
The instructions below are for information only and done accordingly to the website version
available on the edition of this guidance. The www.gov.uk remain as main an updated
information source to the visa applicants and you should consult the website or to contact
UKVI if you face any difficulties on conducting this procedure..
We emphasize VFS is responsible to the management of the visa application centre, the
appointment booking system, information and immigration policies/rules are of UK Visas and

Steps to reschedule your visa application submission date at the
VAC:
1. Return to the website www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk com and with your login and password
access your visa application form (figure 1). If you cannot remember or lost your
password please click at ‘forgotten your password’ (vide figura 2) the system will email
you your registered password.

2. You will be directed to the page in which contains your visa applications, scroll down
the page and select the visa application from which the appointment you want to
reschedule.

3. Click at ‘view appointment’, this will take you to your appointment details. See figures
3 and 4.

4. Select ‘update appointment’ to reschedule
5. Chose the visa application centre you wish to apply at. This can be the same VAC you
have previously booked or any other you wish to select. Remind that at Brasilia Visa
Application Centre there is an additional fee from which you will require to pay
together with your visa application fee.

6. Select your appoitment type. Remembering that ‘PBS Tier 4 Student’ is exclusive to
the applicants from that visa category. Prime time and Premium Lounge requires the
payment of an additional fee at the page ‘user pay services’ from
www.vfsglobal.co.uk/brazil website.

7. Select the date and time from which you want to book your new appointment. After
this selection the page will take you again to the visa application initial page..

print your appointment receipt.

It is very important that you show at the Visa Application Centre on the date and time you
have chosen. If you want at any time to reschedule your appointment you must do so in no
