The festive dinner menu will be available Friday and Saturday evenings during December. It is requested that parties of 6 or more order in advance which will enable us to ensure that your evening runs as smoothly as possible. Choose from our Dinner menu that offers dishes to suit all tastes and then dance through until midnight. The dates for the Dinner Dances will be as follows: Friday 4th December & Saturday 5th December Friday 11th December & Saturday 12th December Christmas Dinner Menu Creamed Mushroom Soup Wild Mushrooms, Truffle Croutons Seared Monkfish Tail Dhal Lentils, Mango & Lime Pickle Duck Liver Pate Smoked Duck Breast, Orange & Pomegranate, Toasted Brioche Gammon Fillet Piccalilli Elements, Quail Egg, Pea Puree, Crispy Potato Twice Baked Chestnut & Stilton Soufflé Honey Roasted Parsnips, Dressed Leaves Friday 18th December & Saturday 19th December Seabass Fillet Cauliflower Puree, Charred Baby Leeks, Lemon Butter Sauce Discos can be arranged for additional dates depending on availability. ❆❆❆❆ Reservations are accepted by telephone and confirmation of your booking is required within 7 days by paying a non-refundable deposit of £10 per head. Full payment for all party night bookings should be received before Thursday 26th November 2015. After that date if we are given at least 48 hours notification of any cancellations, the difference between the £10.00 deposit and the full amount will be returned. If less than 48 hours notice is given, no refund will be made and any monies paid are non-transferable on the evening. If you are going to make a payment using a cheque please note we are only able to accept one cheque per party booking. Please note there will be one bill per booking. If you wish to pay for drinks and wine separately, please do so at the time of ordering, or they will be put on the bill. Please note if you intend to pay the deposit or balance by credit card and your party size is over 20 we shall have to implement a 2% surcharge due to the charges made by the card providers.
