1. Getting to the Wascomat Online Store:
You can browse to the Wascomat Online Store by using the links in the main Wascomat web site or browse to
the following link. Add the Online Store to your bookmark or favorite sites folders.

2. Navigating the Wascomat Online Store:

Posted on the Wascomat Online Store Home page will be monthly specials, notifications,
advertisements, and contact information.
A customer can navigate to any page on the Online Store by clicking the appropriate button.
(Home, Account Login, Search, Parts List, Spare Parts Manuals, Ordering Policies, Shopping
Basket, Checkout). You can also navigate to any page on the Wascomat.com web site.

3. Account Information:

You must set up an account in order to place an order in the Online Store.
If you are a regular customer with the Wascomat parts department your account may have already been
created for you. If not, you will have to set up your account in order to complete an online order.
If Wascomat has already set up an account for your company the Login will be your Wascomat
custome r code. A password will also have been assigned to you. All of the ship-to and bill- to
information will reflect what we currently have on file for your company.
You should protect your login, password, and account information from any personnel that will not be
authorized to use the Online Store.
Once you login to the online store a option is displayed in the top right corner of the “Wascomat
Laundry Equipment” heading that will allow you to “View/Edit my Account” and to “Logout”.

In the Search page you can search for full or partial part numbers, or full or partial descriptions.
A search result page will display the parts that meet your search criteria.
From the search result page, parts can be added to the shopping basket in the quantity you request.

5. Searching for parts using the Wascomat keywords:

From any page in the Online Store you can search for parts by using the Wascomat keywords.
Click on the alphabetic letter that your requested keyword begins with. For example, by clicking on the
“A”, you will display the above page.
From there you can choose a keyword from the menu on the left side of the page. For example, by
clicking on the keyword “ACUATOR”, you will be display all parts that are categorized as such, as
displayed below.
Parts can be added to the shopping basket in the quantity you request from the list of items associated
with the selected keyword.

6. Complete list of Wascomat Parts:

You can page through a complete list of Wascomat Parts offered online in alphabetical order.
Wascomat’s “Class Code” has been appended to the description. This will help determining certain
dealer price discounting.
From the parts list page, parts can be added to the shopping basket in the quantity you request.
Wascomat is in the process of building a complete image database, you will soon be able to click on the
button “View part image” to display that particular parts image.

7. Wascomat Spare Parts Manuals:

Wascomat Spare Parts Manuals are available from the Technical Document Search page.
Drill down by selecting the particular Equipment Type, Models, and Document Type you require.
Avoid part shipment errors by referring to the available Spare Parts Manuals.

8. Wascomat Online Parts Store Ordering Policies:

Wascomat’s Online Store Ordering Policies are available. Please review our policies regarding Privacy,
Warranty, Returns, Shipping, Taxes, Product Availability, Payment/Invoicing, and Store Hours.
Click on any of the policy buttons to jump directly to a specific topic. Click on “Jump to top” to return
to the Policies button menu.
During Checkout of your online order you will be asked to confirm acceptance of the Online Order
Policies.

9. Your Shopping Basket Contains:

When adding parts to your shopping basket or by clicking the “Shopping Basket” button you will
display the current contents of your shopping basket.
By clicking the “Remove” button you can delete a part from the basket.
By clicking the “Update” button you can change the Quantity of a part in the basket.
You can continue shopping by using the Search, Shop by keyword, or by browsing the Parts List.
By clicking the “Continue to Checkout ” button you can begin the final processing of your online order.
By clicking the “Cancel Order” button you will be instructed to close your browser to end the order.
Displayed in the top right corner of the “Wascomat Laundry Equipment” heading will be a Shopping
Basket summary.

10. Checking Out your Basket:

During Checkout several screens will appear to allow you to specify shipping method, payment method,
special instructions, your purchase order number, ship order complete, and drop ship information. Just
click the “Continue ” button to proceed through checkout process.
In the above display you will have the option to enter an alternate shipping address were you wish to
drop ship your online order.
You can also update your online account information with the data you enter. Just click on the box
labeled “Update Customer Record with The Information”. The default will be not to update the
customer account.
The checkout process will not proceed without certain required information. You will be prompted for
any information that is missing.

For your security Wascomat does not retain your credit card information. When purchasing by credit
card you will have enter your current credit card information for each online parts order. This
information will only be used to process the current online order.
The last checkout display will provide you with a summary of your online order. Refer to the Online
Order number displayed on this page when inquiring to the Wascomat Parts Department about your
order. After your order is processed and shipped a Wascomat sales invoice will be sent to you.

You will receive a summary email to the email address you provided concerning your online order.
Your online order number will be displayed in the email Subject.
The prices posted on the online store and in your online order are Wascomat list price. Your final
Wascomat sales order and invoice will reflect all applicable dealer discounts, shipping, and taxes.
