Official Opening of Intro to Trades

Waywayseecappo First Nation, Park West and Red River Community College officially opened the Intro to Trades program located in a mobile lab at Rossburn Collegiate. Chief and Council, Park West Trustees, Senior Administration, and members from Red River Community College, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) and Manitoba Education were in attendance to celebrate the ribbon cutting. The students involved in the program shared their experiences with the dignitaries present as well as with the students and staff of Rossburn Collegiate. A tour of the mobile lab showcased what the students have been working on since the beginning of the program in February.
