Reliable refrigeration performance is essential to
every retail food store. We start with the highest
quality components, each fully tested to meet
stringent reliability and refrigeration performance
standards. Then each system is subjected to rigorous
testing before it leaves the factory. Three-step leak
testing, including a highly sensitive helium leak test,
is performed to ensure no leaks are present. Multiplepoint electrical tests are also performed. Advanced
manufacturing systems, such as tube benders, tube
end spinners, and t-drill branching machines, are
used to greatly reduce the amount of brazed joints
and other potentially weak areas where future leaks
might occur.

We stand behind the solid reliability of
the Refrigeration System Solution with an
unprecedented 3 + 1 + 1 warranty. This warranty
includes 2 years on all components. In addition,
on compressors it includes 3 years standard, plus
1 year if Hussmann does the store installation,
plus 1 additional year if Hussmann cases are
used. The following forms must be completed
and submitted to Hussmann’s warranty
department to maintain warranty coverage:
(1) warranty registration form, (2) rack start-up,
(3) semi-annual maintenance check list forms
for the duration of the warranty period. See your
Hussmann sales professional to get complete
details on all warranty terms and conditions.

If you would prefer to specify your own system,
we can engineer and build a custom rack to your
specifications. We offer the latest technologies,
components, and options to give you the highest
quality custom systems that you feel are right
for your facilities. These specifically engineered
systems will continue to be offered with a
standard 1 year limited warranty.
Remote alarm package.
With our alarm package**, you will be
alerted if there is a failure in the system or
if pre-determined performance parameters
are exceeded.
Next day compressor replacement.
We provide next day replacement on
compressors. These compressors are available
for immediate shipment from Hussmann’s
central distribution facility with up to next
day service.***
