of hot stamp foil printing techniques to enhance the
appeal and visibility of traditionally finished merchandise. Now, for the first time ever, promotional products
customers are able to purchase wooden baseball bats,
drumsticks, and pens which are covered entirely with
hot stamp foil instead of the more conventional paint,
lacquer, varnish, or enamel alternatives.
The hot stamp process used to produce these
unique items makes use of various procedures and
techiques on different areas or “zones” of the bats
and drumsticks in order to achieve the highest
possible finish quality. This approach allows the
customer to specify the color and foil type of
each zone independently, thereby creating
color schemes to match school colors,
