CASA’s K-9 Walk and Fun Run Registration
Thank you for supporting Franklin County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) by
participating in the CASA K-9 Walk and Fun Run. For more information visit
www.franklincountycasa.com, 301 E. State Street, Union, MO or call (636) 583-4422.
Pre-registration is encouraged and ends April 15th. ($20 for adults and $5 for children 12 years and younger) Pr
registered adults will receive a t-shirt. Dogs must be included on your registration, but will not be charged to
participate. Same day registration ($25 for adults and $5 for children 12 years and younger) will be April 30 at
the Pacific City Park from 7am to 8:45am.
Checks can be made payable to Franklin County CASA or cash is accepted. There is no alternate inclement weath
date for this event.
Time and Location: The 5K Fun Run will begin promptly at 8am at the Pacific City Park. A description of the
route will be displayed at the registration table the day of the run. The 1 and 3 mile K-9 Walk will begin at 9am an
will go around the City Park.
If you know of others who are unable to attend, but would like to support the cause, pledges are accepted.
Participants who collect pledges for CASA will have their name entered into a drawing for a prize at the event.
Franklin County CASA is a 501c3 so donations are tax deductible.

contests will be given after the completion of the 3 mile walk.
