EMBROIDERY PREPARATION AND DESIGN
o $100 (one-time design charge to 10,000 Stitches, covers most needs)- waived if .DST file supplied.
o Estimates for designs over 10,000 stitches will be quoted prior to production.
o Embroidered sample approval by buyer is required prior to production. No order will be embroidered without written approval
from buyer or authorized agent.
EMBROIDERY CHARGE
o Embroideries over 10,000 stitches will be quoted prior to production.
o Modify Existing logo design fee – As Quoted.
o Second location additional per unit (up to 10,000 stitches)
ARTWORK
o .DST FILE from your embroiderer. Otherwise, for best results, please EPS or TIF at ACTUAL SIZE of desired embroidery.
This may be modified for embroidery needs.
DISKS/DST FILES COLORS
o Buyer must specify exact logo thread colors to be used on order in writing (PMS OK). If exact thread colors are not specified
by buyer, please indicate direction (contrast, tone-on-tone, Etc.). Manufacturer and CEOgolfshop.com will not be held
responsible for thread colors on orders which Manufacturer Brand has to choose thread color.
PLACEMENT
o Logo placement on garment must be clearly specified in writing- left chest, left sleeve etc.
MINIMUM ORDER
o Embroidered Orders/Reorders –12 pieces. Undecorated goods - 1 piece. Open orders over 60 days old in system will be
cancelled.
OUTSIDE DECORATORS
o Undecorated garments are the responsibility of the customer. Once decorated, items cannot be returned or credited- please
inspect your order for accuracy and defect before decorating! the responsibility of the outside decorator and can not be credited
or returned.
SHIPMENT of ORDERS
o In-Stock Embroidered Orders – 5 working days from tape approval. Sooner if possible.
o Reorders-5 working days. Sooner if possible.
o In-Stock Undecorated garments - Next business day after order receipt.
BACKORDERS
o If merchandise is not available, customer will be notified asap and no backorders created.
GUARANTEE & WARRANTY
o Manufacturer Brand guarantees its products and embroidery against fabric and manufacturing defects only
CHANGES
o All changes/corrections/cancellations must be in writing from the buyer. No returns or refunds after embroidery started.

o Manufacturer Brand utilizes UPS and FedEx.
