Dramatic Yoga!
What happens when you mix one part Yoga and one part
Drama...you get a recipe for a whole lot of fun!
The purpose of Dramatic Yoga is two-fold. By stretching mind and body,
we improve concentration, balance and focus. And then, we add some drama
and creative play to enhance the fun! Along with our yoga poses, we will also create a dramatic
adventure. This will spark the imagination, as our bodies capture the benefits! That’s why we’re
happy to introduce this Children’s Dramatic Yoga workshop—because with every adventure, the
children will explore their creativity and imagination—without even realizing all the health benefits
they are practicing! *Please have your child bring a yoga mat or towel to class!
Come and join the fun!

Visit the library for an informal gathering of infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their parents and caretakers. This is a great opportunity to socialize and connect with other families in the community. Our toys, music and books will be available to you to use
with your child.
*You are welcome to bring in covered drinks only.
