ASSISTING MANUFACTURERS EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE POTENTIAL OF TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES MANUFACTURING`S NEW HIRING STANDARD IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, WITH OUR SIMULATOR TESTS, YOU WILL KNOW THE TECHNICAL POTENTIAL OF YOUR CANDIDATES AND EMPLOYEES. OUR TESTS ARE THE MOST UNIVERSALLY USED, THE MOST ACCURATE AND THE MOST PREDICTIVE OF THE TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE POTENTIAL ON THE JOB. OUR TESTS ARE SPECIALIZED FOR THE SELECTION OF THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS : OPERATOR, ADJUSTER, MECHANIC, ELECTROMECHANIC, MECHANICAL ENGINEER AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER. OBTAIN FINANCIAL GAINS OF $3000 TO $10 000 PER YEAR FOR EACH CANDIDATE/EMPLOYEE WHO PASSES OUR TESTS. «STM» THE MECHANICAL AND TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS TESTING SIMULATOR These tests allow you to : >> quickly and accurately identify the mechanical and troubleshooting skills of a candidate/employee >> evaluate a candidate/employee in a real context of machine adjustments and/or mechanical equipment troubleshooting Test procedure : during a series of standardized and timed tests, the candidate/employee has to resolve, in the most logical and limited time period possible, malfunctions created in the simulator by our certified testing administrators. A series of distinct standardized tests of various complexities are available for mechanics and operators. Test report : detailed reports are prepared and submitted to the employer with appropriate recommendations for the selection of the best technical candidates. Test procedure : during a series of standardized and timed tests, the candidate/employee has to resolve, in the most logical and limited time period possible, malfunctions created in the simulator by our certified testing administrators. DO YOU KNOW THE LOSS OF INCOME BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE LOW PRODUCTIVITY OF THESE EMPLOYEES IN YOUR COMPANY? THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLES WILL HELP YOU DO THE MATH : >> The value added productivity of an operator/adjuster represents between 3 and 6 times his labour cost >> On machines of similar complexity, let’s assume a 5% performance gap between the low potential operators/adjusters compared to the top performers in your company. OPERATORS / ADJUSTERS MAINTENANCE ( MECHANICS / ELECTROMECHANICS / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS ) Example 1 based on: 1. annual labour costs of $55 000 2. a productivity of 4 times the labour cost 3. a 5% performance gap Result: The average loss of earnings created by each one of the low potential employees is : $55 000 x 4 x 5% = at least $11 000 per year Example 2 Based on: 1. annual labour costs of $70 000 2. a performance gap of 15% Result: The average loss of earnings created by each one of these low potential maintenance specialists is : $70 000 x 15% = $10 500 or more, per year + longer machine downtime production losses and a lower efficiency caused by inappropriate repairs. Our testing technology allows you to optimize the quality of your hiring process by avoiding the 30% of operators and maintenance technicians with a low potential in troubleshooting and mechanical settings or in electrical engineering troubleshooting. The above examples are very conservative and the gains of our tests are $10 500 ( minimum ) x 30% of the recruits = = at least $3000 and more annually, on average, per recruited candidates having passed our tests.
