Dear Prospective Non-resident Member:
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Aberdeen Golf & Country
Club in Boynton Beach. Many South Florida residents are unaware of the tremendous value,
services and amenities that exist at Aberdeen. Aberdeen Golf & Country Club affords a
Country Club living at a moderate cost.
The true value of Aberdeen, however, is the exceptional food, service and first class
amenities. Beginning with our championship 18-hole golf course designed by Desmond
Muirhead, 15 har-tru tennis courts, and a new state-of-the-art fitness, tennis and aquatics
facility, which incorporates a resort style pool complex and café. Additionally, Aberdeen’s
clubhouse provides for a country club lifestyle that includes outstanding dining, dinner dances,
and entertainment as well as card playing, and a wide array of various recreational
activities and artistic clubs.
With this in mind, Aberdeen is pleased to announce our NEW non-resident annual
membership program allowing nonresidents the opportunity to enjoy the vast majority of
Aberdeen’s facilities and services.

The Non-resident Member does hereby apply for Non-resident Member privileges in Aberdeen Golf & Country Club. The
Non-resident Member hereby certifies that the information provided herein is true and correct. The Non-resident Member , all
family members, and guests of the Non-resident Member shall comply at all times with the terms and provisions of the ByLaws and Rules and Regulations of Aberdeen Golf & Country Club in effect or as they may be amended from time to time.
In the event of a dispute between parties regarding any of the Non-resident Member’s rights or obligations to Aberdeen Golf &
Country Club, such Non-resident Member shall be liable for all expenses incurred in connection with said dispute including,
without limitation, collections costs, reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs. Each Non-resident Member and family member
agrees that the laws of the State of Florida shall govern all disputes and further agrees that venue for any and all actions shall
be in Palm Beach County, Florida.

General Information

The Club membership office must be in receipt of all of the following not less than fifteen (15) calendar
days prior to the beginning of the term:

A Non-resident Member with a family membership which includes a spouse/significant other, along
with any unmarried children under the age of 23 who are residing in the Non-resident Member’s home
or attending school on a full-time basis may use the facilities of the Club upon complying with the
Club’s policies and procedures.
♦
The Non-resident Member shall meet with an associate of the Club’s membership office.
Non-resident Members will be required to have their photo taken for their Non-resident Member
membership card.
♦
Non-resident Member’s privileges are not transferable.
♦
Non-resident Members are permitted to have accompanied guests. All accompanied guests are subject
to prevailing fees and time restrictions in accordance with the Club’s rules and regulations.
♦
Aberdeen Golf & Country Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Non-resident Member’s
privileges at any time for cause.
♦
In the event of dispute between parties regarding any of the Non-resident Member’s rights or
obligations to Aberdeen Golf & Country Club, the Non-resident Member shall be liable for all expenses
incurred in connection with said dispute including without limitation, collection costs, reasonable
attorneys fees and costs. Each Non-resident Member and family member agrees that the laws of the

required to provide the club with a $2,500 refundable security deposit.
required to pay by credit card for all merchandise purchased in the club’s pro shops.

not eligible to serve on a Committee or the Board of Directors.

The Non-resident Member’s privileges are subject to suspension or termination for failure to abide by
membership conditions. The Non-resident Member further acknowledges and agrees that all charges
and expenses incurred in connection with their privileges to use the Club shall be due and payable
upon receipt. A late fee of $100.00 will be imposed on the Non-resident Member’s account balance for
delinquencies in accordance with the Club by-laws. Failure of the Non-resident Member to make
payment as required in the in accordance with the Club by-laws, Non-resident Member will result in
disciplinary action in the in accordance with the Club by-laws.
♦
The Non-resident Member Security Deposit cannot be used against monthly charges. The Nonresident Member’s Security Deposit will be refunded approximately six (6) weeks after the expiration of
their annual membership.
♦
This agreement is non-cancelable from the date of executing this agreement.
♦
The Non-resident Member hereby agrees that all information provided is true and correct. The Nonresident Member, and all family members and accompanied guests of the Non-resident Member shall
comply at all times with the terms and provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Rules
and Regulations of Aberdeen Golf & Country Club in effect or as they may be amended from time to
time.

In the event of a dispute between the parties relative to any of the terms and conditions referred in
the Non-resident Membership Program shall be resolved and determined by the Club’s Board of
Directors.
