It is very generic, hence will provide you with a basic understanding of the proposed program content,
which will be revised after a clear understanding of your requirements and evaluation of the candidates.

into action. The intensive verbal sessions would
enable them to come out of their shells and become

• Interview stage: potential questions, right
approach, right attitude, telephonic round, what to
wear, etc.

B. Training performance analysis
Pre Evaluation
Pre evaluation would be conducted before the commencement of training to assess the level of
candidates who have been identified as the target audience.
A pre evaluation shall be conducted by the trainer to assess the level of the trainees as per which the
entire program will be customized. The customization of the program will require one week

Mid Evaluation
Mid evaluation would be conducted in the middle of the training i.e. after the completion of every 45
hours. This would be done to assess the level of improvement that has taken place since the
commencement of training till then and also to ensure that the trainees have grasped whatever has been
covered in the training till the time.
Post Evaluation

Post evaluation is done at the completion of training (after 90 hours). This will show the improvement and
advancement of English language
Certification
All the trainees are provided with BSL certificates on the successful completion of the training program.
C. Training Methodology
The mantra of BSL is to break the old and mundane teaching methodology and keep explanations short,
simple and to the point. Our teaching techniques involve audio-visual aids, use of flash cards and
incorporation of practical activities. Grammar and vocabulary are taught by providing simple yet effective
tips & techniques to make learning effectual and comprehendible in the given span of time.
The above program structure is a high level proposal and may need to be revised after the
assessment of the trainees. A detailed plan will be devised thereafter.
