LIMITED WARRANTY
Mirage Enterprises, Inc. or TNT Trailer, LLC, (“Warrantor”) warrants to the ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER (“Purchaser”) and for a period of ONE
(1) YEAR from the date of purchase by Purchaser, that its trailer (the Product) shall be free of Defects in materials and workmanship attributable to
Warrantor. The term “Defects” as used herein shall be defined as the absence of something necessary and essential to the proper use of product and
shall not include minor imperfections or flaws. Excluded from this warranty are electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, seals, sealant, paint,
undercoating and fiberglass parts.
Cargo Craft models are warranted for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from date of purchase by Purchaser. The terms of this warranty are
identical in scope to the warranty policy as listed above.
THINGS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
Warrantor is not responsible for claims relating to the following:
(1) defacing: scratches, dents, chips, tears and defacing on any surface;
(2) minor imperfections;
(3) routine maintenance and normal wear and tear;
(4) component parts covered by a supplier warranty such as warranties of the manufacturer of tires, axles, jacks, couplers, windows, light
fixtures, etc., as these claims are governed by the specific terms of the supplier warranty and must be presented directly to their
respective component manufacturer for warranty service; or
(5) moisture, water and/or snow intrusion of any kind as no trailer can be manufactured to completely prevent the intrusion of moisture,
water and/or snow.
(6) Paint
TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
The warranties provided by herein will not cover and shall automatically terminate and become void with respect to the Product if the Product is
ever damaged as a result of:
(1) overloading or improper weight distribution;
(2) subjecting the Product to excessive use or excessive mileage;
(3) unlawful or negligent operation;
(4) abuse, misuse, or neglect including but not limited to failure to follow any recommended service or preventive maintenance schedule or
operating procedures;
(5) improper hitch ball or tow vehicle hookup; or
(6) a collision or other accident.
Additionally, all warranties will automatically terminate upon:
(1) modification of the trailer or any trailer components, or a repair of the trailer without Warrantor’s prior written approval;
(2) towing the the Product with a vehicle larger or more powerful than a one-ton truck unless the appropriate trailer reinforcement option is
ordered and built into the Product;
(3) placing the Product in commercial or rental use; or
(4) the sale of Product by an unauthorized dealer or the sale after Product has been used.
(5) the product is used as a dealer "demo unit"
Due to axle manufacturer limitations Product manufactured in triple axle configurations are not warranted whatsoever.
Mirage Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right for final determination whether or not the product has been abused or misused by the purchaser.
WARRANTOR’S OBLIGATION-PURCHASER’S OBLIGATIONS
Warrantor shall elect remedy Defects and materials and workmanship caused by Warrantor by repair or replacement at Warrantor’s choice.
If repair or replacement is not possible Warrantor may, in Warrantor’s sole discretion, elect to refund the original purchase price less the cost of any
modifications or upgrades requested by Purchaser. It is Purchaser’s obligation to notify Warrantor in writing of any Defect within fourteen (14) days
after the discovery of said Defect or after said Defect could have been discovered through inspection or use. All Defective products shall be delivered
to Warrantor’s principal manufacturing facility in Nampa, Idaho unless prior written approval is obtained from Warrantor. Warrantor may, at its
option, select another qualified location for the repair to be completed. Warrantor will not be obligated, in any way, to pay for any repairs made
without its specific written prior approval. All costs incurred in shipping or delivering the Product for warranty service shall be born by the
Purchaser. Warrantor shall, when possible, remedy defects within a reasonable time, not to exceed sixty (60) days after receipt of Product from
Purchaser. Purchaser must complete and return to Warrantor the attached warranty card within fifteen (15) days of the delivery of the Product to
activate warranty; failure to do so will automatically void the warranty.
LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
WARRANTOR EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES AND OR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN THE EVENT IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE NOT EXCLUDABLE THEN WARRANTOR
EXPRESSLY LIMITS THE DURATION OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MINIMUM TIME AS ALLOWED BY LAW. There are no warranties which extend beyond the terms
contained in this warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF WARRANTOR'S PRODUCT AND ANY PERSON TO WHOM THE PRODUCT IS TRANSFERRED, AND TO ANY PERSON WHO IS A
BENEFICIARY OR AN INTENDED USER OF THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM WARRANTOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED LOSS OF USE OF TRAILER, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY
PERSONAL PROPERTY, DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS INSTALLED ON THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF REVENUES OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES,
COST FOR USE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT, TOWING, ATTORNEYS FEES OR LOSS OF TIME AND/OR INCONVENIENCE. Some states do not allow for the
exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

About Us
Mirage was founded in late 2003. Our goal was, and still is, to manufacture a quality line of RV, Cargo and Utility Trailers
for distribution throughout the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on service and quality. Our sales
representatives are extremely knowledgeable and our production staff is capable of handling virtually any custom order.
Territory Protection
Every Mirage dealer has the right to a PROTECTED TERRITORY. The amount of territory is based on stocking and sales
levels, population, and dealer market penetration. Cargo Craft does not have a protected territory.
Stocking Levels
Proper stocking levels ensure success. Each market has factors that affect proper levels. Please consult with your Mirage
representative to establish a suitable stocking level.
Ordering Trailers
Placing orders with Mirage is easy. Call, e-mail, or fax your order. Our Mirage team is highly experienced and will review
the order for questions or suggestions. A confirmation of the sales order will be faxed or e-mailed back for your review
and signature.
Lead Times
Mirage is committed to keeping trailer lead times to a minimum. Generally, a three(3) to five(5) week delivery can be
expected. Mirage representatives can help you maintain proper stocking of popular selling models.
Nesting Trailers
4x6 cargo trailers and smaller utilities can be nested within any 7, 8, or 8.5 wide trailer with a 10' floor length or longer.
5' wide trailers with 6" lowered height can only be nested in 8 and 8.5 wide models that include a ramp door and at least
a 12' floor length. A fee of $55.00 will be added to help absorb the costs of materials and labor (you keep the straps and
floor ties). We are happy to help our dealers on nested trailers. However, Mirage will not be liable for any damages once
the units leave our facility. Our employees are very skilled and take necessary precautions to properly secure nested
trailers. Rarely does a nested trailer become loose during shipment.
Delivery of Trailers
Dealer pricing is FOB Nampa. We are happy to assist you in finding transporters to deliver your trailers. Typically, trailers
are shipped out on 53', self-unloading, float trailers specially designed to haul enclosed trailers. These 53' trailers are your
most cost effective choice for delivery. There are "single pull" transporters available which are cost effective when your
ordered trailer is 26 feet in length or more. It is wise to consider placing a FULL LOAD order. This will expedite your
shipment and reduce delays. Transport companies work on a COD basis.
Dealer and customer pick ups are welcomed! Please ensure that these pick ups are PAID IN FULL before delivery date.
Confirm that the trailer has been completed prior to arrival. Please ensure that the tow vehicle is properly wired and safe
to tow. A $50.00 fee is charged for customer pick ups.
Terms of Sale
Mirage payment terms are cash on delivery. Other payment terms will be considered based on payment history, volume
and credit history. Units can also be "floored" using GE Finance Company if your dealership qualifies.
Certificate of Origin (C of O) and Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO)
C of O's will be mailed upon receipt of payment. Based on payment history, C of O's may be sent with trailers at the time
of shipment. Duplicate C of O's are available for a $25.00 fee. Retail customers can request a duplicate only with a
statement from the DMV stating the trailer has not been registered with the state. A lost title from the DMV is required if
the trailer has been previously registered. Written permission from the dealer is required in order for a Manufacturer
Representative to sign off the C of O in place of the dealer.

Although each and every Mirage Trailer is built with pride and attention to detail, warranty claims will happen. We want
to make the warranty claims process as painless as possible, so please follow the guidelines below so that we may
expedite service.
1. Warranty card must be on file at Mirage
2. Warranty begins on date of sale to the customer
3. All warranty claims must be faxed or called in prior to any performing any repair work.
4. A Warranty Authorization number and form with authorized monetary amount will be faxed or mailed to you.
5. Mail or fax invoice along with a copy of the Warranty Authorization (with Authorization #) to Mirage
6. Credit will be applied to your account upon receipt and review by Mirage
Warranty Claim Procedures
Mirage Enterprises, Inc. will NOT process a warranty claim without following these procedures:
• A completed Warranty Claim form must be faxed or mailed to our Warranty Manager before any work can begin.
• Mirage's Warranty Manager will examine the claim and call should any questions or concerns arise.
• If the claim is accepted, our Warranty Manager will fax the pre-authorization number.
• Mirage Enterprises will send parts if necessary. The Dealer will complete the labor and send Mirage a repair invoice with
the authorization number clearly marked.
• Upon receipt of work completion, Mirage Enterprises will then issue a credit or payment and close the warranty claim.
NO CREDIT OR PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ON ANY CLAIM THAT DOES NOT HAVE A COMPLETED FORM AND PREAUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Our Warranty Manager is here to help you make this process run as smoothly as possible.
Non-Warranty Parts
Mirage Enterprises, Inc. will greatly appreciate all calls in regards to non-warranty parts be made directly to our Parts
Manager. If you are speaking with your Mirage Sales Representative and need parts, please ask to be transferred. This will
ensure that your needs are met and the parts you require are received as ordered. We truly appreciate your cooperation
in this manner.

Tire wear should be checked frequently. Even if the underlying cause is corrected, tire wear patterns are difficult to stop.
STORAGE PREPARATION
If your trailer is to be stored for an extended period of time over the winter, it is important that the trailer be prepared properly:
1. Remove the emergency breakaway battery and store inside, out of the weather. Charge the battery at least every 90 days.
2. Jack up the trailer and place jack stands under the trailer frame so that the weight will be off the tires. Follow trailer manufacturer’s guidelines to
lift and support the unit. Never jack up or place jack stands on the axle tube or on the equalizers.
