Composed of complementary software packages, it offers businesses
total efficiency and cost benefits of flexible user access and shared
Ricoh Multifunctional Products (MFPs).
Card Authentication Package (CAP) and Enhanced Locked
Print NX (ELP NX) combine to provide a secured method for
controlling access to the printing and distribution of confidential
documents by holding documents on the chosen Ricoh MFP
until they are safely unlocked for printing via
ID Card authentication.
With the SmartDeviceMonitor, administrators are able to track
device usage and help reduce Total Cost of Ownership by
generating detailed reports.

The Card Authentication Package (CAP) integrates seamlessly
with existing ID Card security systems, thus preventing access or
duplication of sensitive documents by unauthorised users through
a simple, fast and secure ‘swipe-and-go’ authentication.
The FlexRelease Server allows secure printing anywhere within
an organisation, including branch offices by holding documents
until the approved user authorises the print.
