prestigious Blue Room in the Main Stand. Please see the

Wedding Receptions
at Ibrox Stadium
If you already have a venue for your ceremony,
our hospitality suites are available for your wedding
breakfast and/or your evening reception.
You can choose to have your wedding breakfast and
evening reception at Ibrox Stadium, or if you have
an evening venue arranged, book for the wedding
breakfast only.
If you are getting married elsewhere and are looking for
just an evening celebration, we can arrange this for you
also and our wedding co-ordinator can take you through
all the options available, including trackside photos and
catering choices.
Whether it is a small intimate dinner for 10 guests or a
large, family celebration for up to 180, we will work with
you to match the right suite for your day.

The Blue Room
The Members Lounge
The Thornton Suite
The Blue Room is the most exclusive
suite within Ibrox Stadium and is
situated next to the Trophy Room in
the Bill Struth Main Stand. This suite
epitomises the grandeur and success
of one of the most famous clubs in
world football. It is steeped in history
and rich in memorabilia and specially
commissioned pieces of art –
a prestigious and dignified suite
for a wedding ceremony.
The Members Lounge is a combination
of historic ambience and contemporary
design. Highly exclusive, The Members
Lounge has a waiting list for matchday
membership and is perfect for post
ceremony drinks and small evening
receptions.
The Thornton Suite is located nearby
the Blue Room. It has natural daylight
and is fully air conditioned. Decorated
in a contemporary red, navy and gold,
this suite is our most popular for
wedding breakfasts and can also be
reset for your evening reception.

The Cooper Suite
The Ibrox Suite
Other Suites
Named after the footballing legend,
Davie Cooper, this Suite is also
situated in the Main Stand and is
suitable for wedding parties of 25 - 50
guests. With natural daylight, the suite
is split over two levels, with the bar
area encased behind the iconic glass
brick of the Main Stand’s west turret.
Decorated in creams and light browns,
this is a beautiful suite for a wedding.
With panoramic views over the pitch,
the Ibrox Suite offers guests a spacious
and versatile location for a wedding
breakfast and/or evening reception.
If you are planning a very small wedding,
the Woodburn and Meiklejohn Suites
in the Main Stand are ideal for dinners
catering for between 10 and 16 people.
Our standard packages are not
available for this number, but we can
create something bespoke for you

Booking Your Wedding With Us
While you are making the final decision on your wedding venue, we can hold
a provisional booking in our diary to ensure the date you want is reserved for
you. We will hold this for a maximum of 14 days when it must be confirmed
or released.
Upon receiving your confirmation, we will issue you with a set of terms and
conditions which must be signed and returned to us within 7 days with a £500
non-refundable deposit. Your terms and conditions will include:


You are welcome to contact us whenever you have any questions in the run
up to your wedding, however if we do not hear from you, we will contact you

day, the next step is to arrange a viewing with
our wedding co-ordinator.

our viewing can be arranged any time during
office hours. Evening and weekend viewings are
also available on request.

Before you come along, think about the date
you are planning and decide, if it is flexible, what
other dates you might consider. Also think about
how many guests you will invite and work out
your budget. This will help us to match the right
package to your needs.
Your Questions Answered
Are the function suites easily accessible for my guests?
When do you require final numbers?
All suites available for your wedding have access to stairs
and lifts. Reception staff on duty will also assist with
your guests’ arrival. Wedding attendees are also able
to use the on-site car parking facilities while attending
your wedding.
Final numbers should be advised 30 days before your
wedding. Your co-ordinator will also check for any other
amendments prior to your wedding date.
Who can conduct the ceremony?
Our experienced minister has conducted over 100
weddings at the stadium and will be happy to perform
your ceremony. A donation to the Rangers Charity
Foundation is suggested for his service. Alternatively,
we can arrange a humanist celebrant and the costs for
this are usually between £275 - £300.
Are we able to bring our own catering?
Azure Support Services are the official stadium caterers
and will provide all the catering for your event.
Do you cater for special diets and children?
Yes, we are able to cater for most dietary requirements
and will be happy to assist you with individual needs.
A copy of the children’s menu is included in each of
our packages.
Can you have photographs taken around the stadium?
Do you provide table linen and napkins?
The immediate bridal party will be escorted around the
stadium for photographs. Areas including the Trophy
Room, Directors Box, trackside and the famous marble
staircase are all accessible to your party and photographer
on your special day.
Standard table linen and napery is included and you
can choose from ivory or white cloths and a selection
of napery that can be matched to your accent colours.
Superior linens, chair covers, tie backs and runners can
also be booked at an additional cost.
Do you have limited dates available during the season?
Do I order my own flowers and centrepieces?
Ceremonies and receptions can be conducted throughout
the year, however we can only guarantee Saturday
bookings during the close season (June – July). If you
are looking for a Saturday during the football season,
a variable contract can be arranged with the date being
finalised when fixtures are confirmed. This does not suit
everyone, but we do offer a discounted package to
couples booking on this basis.
A top table arrangement will be supplied as part of your
wedding package and will be designed according to your
colour scheme. We can also assist you with floral pedestal
and table arrangements, balloons, candelabras and other
centrepieces. We work with fantastic suppliers; however
you can also arrange this on your own.
Is it possible for one of the players to attend my wedding?
Unfortunately due to various other commitments, players
are not able to attend individual events.
Do I have to book a package?
Our wedding packages have been carefully selected to
include all of the special aspects most brides and grooms
expect. From May to September, only Platinum and Gold
packages can be booked. If your party is smaller than our
minimum numbers, a supplement to the package may be
charged. Bespoke packages are available from October to
April as well as our Winter package. If you have a tight
budget to work to, it is always worth discussing it with
us and we will work with you if we can.
Do you have a cake stand?
We are able to supply a round or square cake stand. If you
have ordered a tiered cake, your cake supplier should be
able to organise this for you. An engraved knife will be
supplied as part of your package.
Do you have a resident band or DJ or can we arrange
our own?
We can arrange everything from a DJ and disco to a piper
or a ceilidh band on your behalf and we work with some
of Scotland’s top acts. You are also welcome to make your
own arrangements.

Alan P Fulton
The cake gets eaten, the flowers fade, the strains of the Bridal
March die away, but the rings exchanged at a wedding last forever.
Engagement and wedding bands are the enduring symbols of
love and commitment and of a shared dream of what the future
may be. So isn’t it fitting then that, instead of off-the-shelf
baubles, wedding and engagement rings should be created for
the individual couple?
Alan P Fulton certainly believes so and in his studio and
workshop in Eaglesham he personally hand forges every one of
his rings. This renowned goldsmith is known across the UK for his
craftsmanship and visionary designs. Customers regularly travel
from all over the country to have engagement and wedding rings
designed by him. He is recognised as a leading diamond expert
as well as a master craftsman producing rings that will endure a
lifetime of wear and still dazzle with their beauty and brilliance.
‘Some men like to surprise their girlfriends with a ring when they propose,
but I would always counsel bringing her along to my studio instead for a proper
design consultation,’ advises Alan. ‘A ring says so much about the wearer’s
personality, and the success of the design can be affected by details such
as the proportions of the hands, so involving a fiancée at the earliest
possible stage is essential.’
As a graduate of Glasgow School of Art and with 30 years’
experience as a goldsmith and jeweller, Alan’s knowledge
of and skills with jewels and precious metals are exceptional.
He may be skilled in very ancient techniques, but he is also
at the cutting edge of fashion, working with coloured metals,
experimenting with ring shapes and incorporating diamonds
into his designs in new and innovative ways. ‘Bi-coloured bands,
using two different kinds of precious metal, can look hugely
effective and I’m also very much in favour of shaping wedding
rings to fit exactly with the engagement ring,’ he says.
