While we’re delighted with this distinction, Chartwells’ ranking would not be possible without the
concerted efforts of our teams and associates
whom have contributed to the company’s success
and growth.
Our great people not only manage our business for long term success, but
also keep our client partnerships strong by exceeding service and culinary
expectations for all guests who dine on campus.

Steve Sweeney

In 2010 the Novus Group
design and build team with
its partners broke ground on
the Bowling Green State University Ohio
campus. Our collaboration resulted in a
modern, sustainably-built dining environment that is a testament to the BGSU
community, which also sets a new standard
for green campus foodservice operations.
As Executive Chef at Bowling
Green State University, students consider The Oaks their
home environment to relax and socialize
while dining. From our exhibition kitchen to
rooftop herb garden, our culinary teams are
eager to interact with guests, satisfy every
appetite and provide the service they deserve.

selection and delivery time of certain nutrients can be beneficial to help achieve
optimal performance or rejuvenation. Chartwells is pleased to offer our accounts

choosing nutrient rich balanced foods.
Consisting of nutritionally analyzed snacks, small meals
and smoothies, each selection is identified as a pre or
post performance food in customizable grab-n-go display cases for nutrient-conscious student athletes.
