He is an active blogger and speaker and regularly gets asked by clients to advise them on topics related to improving business performance through people. Chris is the technical sales leader for IBM’s Talent Analytics team and joined IBM through the Kenexa acquisition. With Kenexa, he’s managed pre-sales consulting team for the Learning group as well as the Talent Management team Jonathan currently leads IBM’s Smarter Workforce Science & Analytics business. This business has over 3000 clients served by 800 people across all major geographic countries worldwide.
