Licensed clinicians answered 53,998 calls to 614-276-2273(CARE). • Netcare’s Crisis Stabilization Unit offered additional stabilization and an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization to 562 clients in 2013. • Miles House served 180 clients this year in our residential respite setting. Clients at Miles House develop internal and external resources in order to stabilize crises before returning to the community. • Reach Out vans logged over 6354 miles and transported approximately 900 individuals per month. • Netcare Forensic Center provided 669 comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for an eleven county area of Central Ohio. These evaluations offer opinions on legal issues such as Competency to Stand Trial or Sanity. • Netcare Family Psychological Services provided 269 diagnostic psychological assessments for Franklin County Children Services and Franklin County Juvenile Court. These assessments assist with treatment planning, placement and sentencing. • Youth Crisis Services provided 2,514 interventions and assessments to youth and their families. Collaboration between Netcare, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and The Ohio State University Medical Center results in a team approach to behavioral health crisis needs for Franklin County youth. Netcare Access at 199 South Central Avenue is the point of entry for youth experiencing mental health or substance abuse crises. • Community Crisis Response (CCR) services were provided at 25 tragic events in the community. • Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services were provided to 249 individuals with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and/or substance abuse issues and developmental disabilities. The Netcare DD specialist serves as a liaison between the Franklin County Board of DD and the ADAMH systems of care to ensure continuity of care for each client. • Netcare’s Internal Training Program coordinated 134 training programs. 1,245 CEUs were awarded to Netcare employees • Interpretation Services were provided to 271Netcare clients who were hearing impaired or non-English speaking. • The Netcare Foundation is funded through corporate and individual donations. Major fund raising efforts this year included the 31st Annual Netcare Foundation Golf Tournament sponsored by Plaskolite, Inc., participation in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Invitational Champions of the Community program and the 5th Annual Italian Festa!
