On the rugged eight-acre lakeside site of a former motel, overlooking spectacularly-beautiful
Lake Santeetlah, TSW is providing
planning and architectural design services for a 32-unit village
of cottages and custom lakeside
homes.
Designed to optimize views and
access to the lake for all residents
while fostering a strong sense
of neighborhood, the community will feature a rich array of
amenities including a lakeside pavilion and canoe club, a community dock for all
non-lakefront owners, a series of mountain waterfalls, and community gardens.
