TERMS OF AUCTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
TO REGISTER: All bidders must have valid
Driver’s License in order to get a bidders number.
Buyers will need to be prepared to tender certified
funds in the amount of $5,000.00 per property
purchased, as part of the earnest money deposit, at
the conclusion of the auction. (Buyer’s may bring
a Cashiers Check made payable to themselves for
each property they intend on purchasing, which
then can be endorsed over to the respective title
company if you are successful in purchasing.)
TERMS OF PURCHASE: All properties
are offered and/or sold in “AS IS” condition,
free and clear of any and all liens. Seller only
warrants good title and will not provide surveys.
Successful Buyers will be required to put up 20%
of the contract purchase price at the conclusion of
the auction as earnest money. Buyer will tender
the $5,000.00 in certified funds and a personal
check for the balance of the earnest money deposit
on each property purchased. The balance on all
property sold will be due in approx. 30 days at
closing. Real estate closings shall take place at
a Title or Abstract Company in near proximity
to the subject property. Seller will furnish a
corporate warranty deed & Seller’s title insurance
to Buyer(s). Buyer(s) & Seller will each pay their
respective closing costs. All taxes will be prorated
to the date of closing.
