days a year, 24 hours a day.

of each visit made to your property and a report dispatched to
you with details.

attention. If urgent, we’ll call you whilst we are there and
resolve the problem immediately.

the upkeep of your grounds: garden and pool maintenance
in the summer, hot tub and snow clearing in the winter; you

MANAGING YOUR LETTINGS
AngelZ provides a complete letting service, from marketing your property to ensuring smooth guest changeovers. We take great care in preparing your property for each group of guests, making them
feel welcome and at home. AngelZ makes sure you can enjoy your holiday home as often as you wish, whilst also ensuring it stays in the condition you expect. We brief all guests on their obligations to
you as landlord and provide contractual agreements that ensure your property is respected.
HOME SERVICES
Long journey, delayed at the airport or simply weary from travelling? There’s nothing worse than arriving to a cold property with an empty fridge and beds to make!
We can perform all routine tasks for you with our Housekeeping Services: cleaning, laundering and managing deliveries, for example. From grocery shopping,
installing an internet connection or registering your car in France, discover our complete range of services.
