Returns and Exchanges
In the event of an exchange or a return, the merchandise would need to be returned
in the original package. The shipping and processing fee of 20% (or $20.00 minimum)
are not available for refund or credit.
• Electrical parts are non-refundable/returnable if ordered incorrectly
by the customer
• For information regarding returns and exchanges, please refer to
your specific warranty
• Certain warranty items may require security deposit refundable upon
return of part within 30 days
Return Material Authorization Numbers
Returns
• The customer is responsible for freight both from and to ETS
• Items beyond 6 months from date of shipment are not eligible for return
• All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in
resalable condition. ETS will make that determination after evaluating the
returned product. If the product needs to be returned to the customer,
it will be at the customer’s expense
• ETS may refuse credit for:
1. Improper installation
2. Failure to provide suitable operating conditions
3. Use of product for which it was not designed
4. Alteration or modification of any part
5. Abuse, misuse or neglect
• Customer must obtain a valid authorization number to indicate the
