standards and AACR2 guidelines with a Dewey call number and your
choice of Library of Congress and/or Sears subject headings.
• Bound to last: Most books in this supplement are either Reinforced Library
Binding or trade editions. Reinforced Library Bindings are side sewn with
muslin joints.
All Scholastic trade hardcover books are published in single editions, with bindings
suitable for both trade and library use. Picture books are Smyth sewn and reinforced.
Books for older readers are casebound and have three-piece cloth and board covers.
