Blue Track sensor, when used in
conjunction with patent pending
Blue Trace® technology, offers a
method of independent real
time chemical monitoring
and control in cooling
towers. Blue Track
measures the level of
absorbance of Blue Trace®
dye in the recirculating
stream. This level can be
correlated to the level of
treatment present in the system.
Controller Options
• Blue Track uses a simple and reliable LED light
source for the absorbance measurement. The
0-5 volt output signal can be sent to several

the 0-5 volt input option.

measurement of the Blue Trace
level. These systems are ideally suited to retrofit applications where existing controllers
are already in place.
Single-system, multi-parameter control

The Blue Track sensor can
be ordered as an optional
measurement in our Megatron
SS series controllers. These
systems offer complete control
capabilities including conductivity, pH, and ORP, with a variety
of options. The Megatron
SS is also compatible with
WebAdvantage internet communications.
Pre-fab Implementation
Multi-system, multi-parameter control

The Megatron controller has the capability of
controlling 4 independent
systems from the same
controller. Each system
