TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MANUFACTURE
All Insignia delivered by the Grand Custodian of Insignia are "Made in Italy" ones manufactured by a company
experienced in producing medals and decorations.
If you are interested in items made by another producer please contact the Grand Chabncellery.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Where practical and relevant, requests for items should be on an approved Order Form quoting the Description and
Order Reference and must be accompanied by a € (Euro) cheque made payable to: O.S.L.J.- Insigna International
Service for the full amount plus postage and packing. The full amount of postage and packing/insurance must be paid
on receipt of invoice.
Where orders are placed by telephone or fax, the item Description and Order Reference should be quoted and the
full amount of the invoice plus postage and packing must be remitted within 10 days, again in € (Euro), with cheques
made payable to: O.S.L.J.- Insigna International Service.
Bank transfers, free of charge, are requested to: O.S.L.J.- Insigna International Service, account no. 9372, at
Banca Regionale Europea - Agenzia di Mondovi Altipiano (Piazza G. Mellano 6, 12084 Mondovi (CN), Italy), bank

Please take account of the fact that due to time zone differences fax messages are to be received during the day
time/early evening, Central European time (CET), and not in the early hours of the morning.
There are no minimum or maximum amounts for order value.

DELIVERIES
Please allow 45 days for delivery of standard stock items and 12/14 weeks on non-standard items, e.g. Donat Medals,
Medals of Merit, 20 year Service Medals etc. and of large quantities of single items. Only a very small quantity of these
medals are held for immediate delivery.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All items will be suitably packed to minimise the risk of damage and will be sent by a Post Office traceable delivery
service.
Notification of lost or damaged items must be received within 14 days of posting as after that period it is often too late
to take issue with the Postal Authorities.
Where relevant, overseas parcels will bear a 'customs' declaration.
INVOICE PRESENTATION
A uniquely numbered invoice will normally accompany all orders, except in the case of overseas delivery where the
invoice will be posted under separate cover.
PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF LARGE QUANTITIES
If large quantities of individual items are required for Investiture purposes, it is advisable to give prior notice to either
the Custodian or Deputy Custodian of Insignia, and in any case it would be advisable to send yearly diaries of events in
order to accomodate forward planning.
TAXES
All items mentioned in this price list are subject to the Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) of current 20% included into the
prices shown.
The VAT is applicable also to all the countries in and outside EU: invoices without taxes (VA) is not possible.
