Booking Le Grand Spa Appointments
Advance bookings are recommended, to
accommodate your preferred date and
time. Reservations can be made at the Spa
Reception Desk during Spa operating hours
or by phone from your room to extension
2115.
Punctuality
It is advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to
your treatment time. This enables you to
completely relax before the commencement
of your treatment, therefore allowing you
maximum benefit of your treatment. If you
are delayed, please be advised that your
treatment time will be limited as a courtesy
to other guests.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a three hour
cancellation policy.
Jewellery
Please remember to leave all jewellery in
your lockable locker.
Communicating your preferences
Please remember, when making your
appointment, to voice your special request...
and while you’re in your treatment your
therapist will welcome your comments of
your specific needs, injuries, pressure of
