PAINTING (For painted version ,disregard this section)
1 Ckoose an emulsion paint suitable {or
polystyrene (i.e. TAMIYA-PS spray paint etc.)
2 Before painting, wipe all surfaces of tbe
fuselage, wings, stabilizer and fin witb
medical alcobol and remove any oil, dust,
dirt etc.
3 Spray a paint as ligbtly as possible in order
to beep flying weight lighter and paint wing
and stabilizer on tke upper surfaces only.
Each additional painting will increase its
4-,
weigbt by about 15-25 grams that will affect
flight performance and characteristic.
\
r
(Fig-20)
\
(Fig.l9,Fig.20)
4 It is very important to beep adequate
distance between tbe spray nozzle and tbe
object ( 20
30cm ), otherwise styro-foam
(fuselage) may get damaged.
HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND VERTICAL FIN
(Fig.21)
1 Use a triangle to determine tbe center of tbe
horizontal stabilizer (upper side) as shown.
Using a knife or a file ,make tbe stabilizer
mounting surface flat , then apply GWS glue to
tbe mounting surface and put tbe stabilizer to
tbe place. Make sure that tbe stabilizer is glued
to tbe fuselage securely and horizontally. Until
tbe glue cures , put a few pins to secure as
shown. (Fig. 21,Fig. 22 ,Fig. 23)

FINAL ASSEMBLY
After a complete cure of tlie ^lue, you can
put two wing togetker ky gluing tke siie

from tkekolder easily. (Fig.49)
Caution (**2): Do not use any larger size
kattery pack tkan we recommend (6.07.2/110-150mAk) for tkis model due to
some proklems, space for a kattery pack
and location of tke C.G. Point.
TIPS AND HINTS
PREFLIGHT CHECKS
It is always recommended, tkat you ckar^e your transmitter and receiver katteries as
well as tke kattery pack for tke motor kefore attempting to fly your airplane.
(Fig.50)
Tke Center of Gravity (C.G./kalancin^ point) is
located 35-~45mm kack from tke leading edge of
tke lower wing. After all radio gear and tke
kattery pack is installed, ckeck tke C.G. point of
your airplane. If tke kal ancing point is offset,
move tke receiver and speed controller forward or
vice versa until you find tke recommended
kalancing point. (Fig.50)
WARP ATAPE FOR EASY MOVEING.
Ckeck tke radio gear and tke linkage tkorou ^kly on tke ground and make sure tkat all
tke control surfaces are working properly and correctly kefore attempting to take off
your airplane.
We recommend tkat you skould ckeck tke range of your radio kefore tke first fligkt of
tke day.
FLIGHT
Always turn on tke receiver last after turning on tke transmitter, and skut off tke
receiver first kefore turning off tke transmitter.
You can take off your airplane from tke smootk surface ground, normally 1-3 meters
for run and take off.
If you are kand-launcking your model, move tke tkrottle stick up fully and see if tke
motor is running at tke maximum rpm. Tken, tkrow your model to tke air korizontally
as skown and apply up elevator as model climks at a skallow angle, if you launck your
airplane at a steep angle, upward or downward, it may result in a crask of your model.
® If you are only Leginner for tke radio control model flying, do not attempt to fly your
model witkout any assistance or advice from advanced and expert fliers.
^ Do not fly close to kuildings, electric power lines, or roads. Do not fly near otker
people wko are not aware of wkat you are doing.
WJMWMM witw
WMMMm ©m ©mmb .
• Fly on a calm day. Gusty winds will make it kard for you until you learn to control
your aircraft well. Turkulence caused ky wind klowing over near ky trees and kuildings
will make it very difficult for you to fly. Pick an open area and wait until tke wind is
calm.
• if you are going to attempt to fly your airplane in tke indoor arena, closer attention
and more safety preparation must ke made in order to avoid any possikle casualties
or damage to property.
if you are flying at a field witk otker modelers, DO NOT turn on you transmitter
until you are certain tkat no one else is using your ckannel.

WARNING:
• if you are a keginner to R/C model fligkt tken we strongly recommend you seek
