care hospital located in Weslaco, Texas. With
227 private rooms, Knapp Medical Center
provides residents of the Mid Valley area with
high quality healthcare services.

Knapp Medical Center has more than 250 physicians
on the medical staff, all independent professional
practitioners representing 30 different specialties. Knapp
employs a skilled and caring staff of approximately 900
and has over 250 volunteers, including Junior Volunteers
who donate their time during the summer.

Needs of the Community
Knapp Medical Center has steadily expanded to include
more services and facilities. In addition to an acute care
hospital, Knapp Medical Center offers over 400 services at
its adjoining Outpatient Center. The Outpatient Center at
Knapp features state-of-the-art equipment and
expert hospital staff.
