Project description
Additional options
1. Stirlitz Media Logger (SML) software installed on standard servers at headquarters and at remote stations, records:
- own channels in broadcast quality from dedicated network over IP - MPEG TS over UPD
- including original video, all audio tracks, EPG, metadata, subtitles (stored as MPEG TS)
- own channels are automatically recompressed to lower quality (stored as standard video files)
- SDI channels are captured using encoders streaming MPEG TS over UDP or RTSP
- competitors are captured off air (t/s/c) using receivers streaming MPEG TS over UDP or RTSP
- webstreams are captured direct from HTTP Live Streaming or RTSP
2. SML Players, Windows or browser based, also runs on iOS, OS X, Linux and modern Android devices
- instant access through LAN or Internet to any part of the recorded logs
- controlled access/restrictions - with optional Active Directory authentication
- multiple export options - compatible with professional editing tools
- possibility to export of original (as captured) MPEG TS file
3. Stirlitz Media Logger – Archive Streamer, installed on a hosted server at an ISP, receives the video of all network
stations through IP streams, records the video and makes selections of it available through a standard URL.
1. Report loudness breaches
SML calculates the loudness, combines the data with the as-play
data and calculated loudness breaches
(EBU R128, ITU-R BS.1770-1, ITU-R BS.1770-3).
2. Detect commercials and promos of competing channels
Stirlitz Media Inspector (SMI) software installed on standard
servers at headquarters reports the play-out of previously
fingerprinted commercials and detects potential new
commercials in the audio of competing stations.
3. Automated, scripted exports of parts of the logs
Stirlitz Media Podcaster (SMP) software automatically selects
parts of the broadcasted video based on time, play-out system
as-run logs and GPIO events and exports the video in original
quality or recompressed to LAN or FTP [available 2016].
