Introduction The broadbeach Core Business Precinct Master Plan has been developed in consultation with the area’s business leaders and stakeholders, and now we are looking for your comments on it. The Master Plan aims to unlock the precinct’s potential and guide it’s transformation to become the city’s most vibrant and diverse beachside neighbourhood, event precinct and business centre. It will play an important part in our preparation for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
