after she struck a vehicle that failed to
yield, said local police.
A shuttle driver for the Targhee
Regional Public Transit Authority out
of Idaho Falls was traveling on Second
South when she failed to yield to a
pedestrian at the intersection of First

the vehicle and totaling the bike.
