The QFR Zone totally changes the way air flows through your product. That’s because it’s
not a blast freezer. It’s better.
A vital part of the patent-pending design is a special fan system that pulls cold air into the
smallest areas and freezes your product faster and more efficiently. The QFR Zone is such
an improvement you’ll freeze faster at higher suction pressures and save utility costs.
Because the QFR Zone uses standard width warehouse aisles in the main portion of the
freezer, the configuration of racking actually offers more room for loading and unloading
than a traditional blast cell does, because there are no small rooms to maneuver in and
out of during the loading and unloading process. You’ll see improved labor usage and
reduced costs.
The QFR Zone can also be used for pallet storage when quick freezing is not required.
