The building is designed to economically expand the cold storage by nearly 50%.
For flexibility, two-thirds of the cold storage portion of the building was designed to
operate either as a Freezer or a Cooler, depending on the seasonal or long-term
marketing demands. The exterior of the Offices and Dock were built with
architectural Pre-cast Concrete for aesthetics and durability.

rooms, and an additional 6,000 square feet of offices for the two companies.
