The people living in
Shivnagar had to walk
many miles every day to reach
a water source for their families. Ravindra, a
young man in the village, would choose to
make the long journey to fetch water at night
since the line was much shorter then. However,
many times he would return home without
water due to a dried out water source. Now,
young people, just like Ravindra, will no longer
have to travel far to gather water . . . a cleanwater well has been provided for their village.
