WARREN FARM HOLIDAY CENTRE is situated in
Brean Sands, a picturesque coastal village set
amidst stunning Somerset countryside and a large
stretch of sandy beach. We are a family-run park
that caters for touring and camping as well as
having static holiday homes available for hire. Our
AA graded park sees customers return year after
year because of the friendly atmosphere, our
excellent facilities and great value for money.
We have everything you need for the perfect family
holiday. From the beach and children’s activities, to
restaurants and nightlife, we’ve got it all covered.
Everybody is sure to be entertained day and night!
Wireless internet is available around the centre. On
arrival, pick up a copy of the Warren Farm Gazette
from reception to ensure you know what’s going on
during your stay. We look forward to seeing you –

Freedom to unwind
and be yourself
JUST A STONE’S THROW AWAY is Brean’s famous
five-mile stretch of sandy beach. Have a superb day
out sunbathing, swimming, building sandcastles or
even horse riding! There is a designated section of
the beach that allows vehicles, so load up the car to
save carrying everything. You can’t miss Brean
Down, one of the most remarkable landmarks of the
Somerset coastline. Climb the steep peninsula to see
striking panoramic views of the area and explore the
historic Napoleonic fort.
Warren Farm has plenty of open space for all sorts
of activities such as playing sports, games, walking
and bike rides. Use your imagination and enjoy some
quality time with family and friends in the fresh air.
Why not stop for a picnic too?
Every Wednesday through June, July and August a
market takes place on site, be sure to browse the
stalls and pick up some holiday bargains.
Adventure, fun and
memories to treasure
THERE’S LOADS TO DO for children of all ages, right
on your doorstep at Warren Farm. The spacious
games field is great for football, volleyball and
basketball; why not all get together for a match?
There are outdoor playgrounds in most of the
touring fields, keeping the kids happy while you
watch from the comfort of your pitch. And in the
summer join our resident children’s entertainers for
weekly fun and games at the Kids Club.
Have fun whatever the weather - the Play Barn is
an indoor complex with an arcade, soft play area,
bowling and pool lounge - perfect for a rainy day.
Every evening at Pets Corner you can hold the
guinea pigs, stroke the goats and meet our very own
Danny the Donkey. Also don’t miss our summer
school holiday activities; archery, climbing wall and
zip wire. You’re sure to have an action-packed
holiday!

THE BEACHCOMBER IS OUR ON-SITE CLUBHOUSE,
providing delicious food and fantastic live
entertainment throughout the season. We have an
extensive menu offering generous portions of home
cooked favourites, as well as our legendary Sunday
carvery, all at highly competitive prices. There is a
large beer garden, children’s room, family restaurant
and cabaret bar, with projector screens throughout
to show your favourite Sky Sports matches.

The Beachcomber hosts a variety of top class shows,
including cabaret, comedy and tribute bands, with
no admission cost. This is followed by a lively late
night disco with our resident DJ, so get your dancing
shoes on! Our resident children’s entertainers host
games and party dances in the

Walk, fish or relax in
tranquil surroundings
THE FARM WALK allows you to stroll through
hundreds of acres of stunning countryside at Warren
Farm. Spot local wildlife and venture through
working arable farmland as you immerse yourself in
the breathtaking scenery. There are plenty of ideal
places to stop, relax and enjoy the tranquillity. Your
dog will thank you for it too! Or take a ride on the
bumpy tractor-trailer around the farm to see the
countryside without the extensive walking.
Our 3-acre fishing lake is well-stocked with a variety
of coarse fish. Fishing is free for our customers and a
pleasant way to spend a peaceful day. There are
several other ponds positioned around the Farm
Walk if you prefer somewhere smaller and quieter to
fish. Sea fishing is also permitted on the beach just
opposite. Make sure you pop into J.T. Angling for
your supplies, our very own fishing tackle and bait
shop.
With all the comforts
of home
WE OFFER SPACIOUS, LEVEL PITCHES, both grass and
hard standing, for touring and camping in either
pet-friendly or pet-free areas. Field’s 5 and 6 are the
busiest touring locations as they are closer to the
main facilities and clubhouse. Sunnyside Touring
Park offers more tranquil surroundings yet is only a
five minute walk to the main complex, so you won’t
miss out! Our award-winning washroom and facility
blocks have all modern amenities including private
disabled rooms and well-equipped launderettes.
There are on-site convenience stores, a caravan
accessories shop & sales area, a gift shop and ice
cream parlour, as well as fish and chips and Chinese
takeaways.
If you are after a little more luxury, Isis Park is our
fleet of deluxe static holiday homes available to
hire. Set in its own exclusive area by the beach, with
beautiful views of coast and country.
