Channel View is a family run
park situated on the beautiful
Somerset coastline. We are the
only touring park on Brean Sands
that offers beachside pitches with
uninterrupted views of our golden
sands and dramatic headland.

launderette, café, bar and
restaurant within walking distance
and many more facilities just a
short drive away.
On Site Facilities
We offer a choice of electric and
non electric pitches for tourers,
motorhomes or tents. Our facilities
include toilet and shower units,
disabled toilet, washing-up area,
chemical disposal point, ice-pack
freezing and free access to the
beach! Well behaved dogs are
welcome and are free to run on
the beach all year round, however
we do ask they are kept on a lead
whilst on the park. We also offer
secure caravan storage.

Westbrook Farm is a family owned and run
park situated on the peaceful Somerset levels.
We are ideally located within the ancient rolling
hills and protected wetlands that attract many
visitors to this area.

facilities including supermarkets
5 miles away in the town of
Burnham-on-Sea.
Our beautifully maintained park offers
a choice of hard standing, electric
and non electric pitches for tourers,
motorhomes and tents. Our facilities
include toilet & shower unit, chemical
disposal point, icepack freezing, dog
walk and children’s play field. There
is an on site resident warden and we
also offer secure caravan storage.

The Coach House
Holiday Cottage
The Coach House forms part of
the historic Brean Farm buildings
and was originally the ancient
cheese rooms. It has now been
converted into a self contained
cottage able to sleep 6 people.
The large farmhouse kitchen
comes fully equipped with
cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer,
microwave and washing machine.
The cosy lounge has a TV/DVD
player and comfortable seating for
6 adults. The 2 double bedrooms
and 1 twin bedroom are supplied
with bed linen and towels.
The Coach House is only
100 yards from the sandy beach
of Brean Sands and centrally
situated for visiting many of
Somerset’s tourist attractions
There is a lawned area with
seating and a barbecue to enjoy
during the summer and the
cottage is a cosy retreat to relax
in during the winter.
