D’Mayang Sari is the latest residential development in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, which is
currently hot with property buyers. It is located near to KLIA, KLIA 2, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya

Nilai, it has attracted a lot of buyers from Klang Valley. This means they stay in Nilai but

which is quite spacious for a land size of just 1,200sq.ft. The starting price is from
RM475,000, which translate to RM246 psf.
The sales response from Phase 1 of D’Mayang Sari has been very encouraging and the

Eutelia pricing will not be the most competitive among the others shown in the table due to
limited new terrace homes supply in Nilai. Do take note that Kasia Greens and Nilai Spring
Heights have been in the market for quite some time.
Also, in terms of affordability, Eutelia will be the most affordable as it has the lowest minimum
selling price of RM475,000.
We believe that there will still be new supply of landed terrace homes coming in the future
but the prices and sizes will not be as generous as of current time.
