This showcase is aimed at enhancing the status and reputation of KKIP as a leading force behind industrialization drive in the state. It presents an opportunity for all concerned to gain knowledge of the latest development and progress of Sabah's premier industrial park and how it has helped nurture the establishment and growth of SMIs in the state. At the same time, the Showcase 2013 shall become an excellent avenue for the SMIs in Sabah, particularly those at KKIP to highlight their innovations and latest technological development to prospective customers and the general public. Target Group SMEs and SMIs in Kota Kinabalu area and other parts of Sabah. Two main events to be held in conjunction with the KKIP SHOWCASE 2013: Mini Exhibition Taking centre stage shall be KKIP that would showcase all its latest products and developments. It will also be a golden opportunity for all SMIs and SMEs in the state of Sabah to display their respective products, innovative ideas and technology breakthrough to the general public . There would be a special show by Tan Chong Motors – the anchor player in the proposed Automotive Cluster at KKIP. Seminar A perfect platform for financial institutions and related agencies in support of SMIs in Malaysia: • To disseminate latest information on new financial products and services for the SMIs in Sabah; • To provide latest information on new incentives and opportunities for the SMEs; • To attract more SMIs to venture into manufacturing assembling industries; and • Sharing of success stories and knowledge by established SMIs.
