The Children’s Bridge is pleased to partner with Connect-A-Kid to provide a team based mentorship program for adopted children, devoted to connecting the adoption community through mentorship, embracing cultural diversity and celebrating adoption. All adoptees are welcome to join us, and you must have an active CB membership in order to participate in our Connect-A-Kid Program. A Mentor Program Package and Waiver form must be completed by each participant before participating in our activities. Forms will be available at the event. Membership with The Children’s Bridge is $50 annually.
