Cost: $40 per child (member's price), $50 per child (non-members)
Place: Queen’s Quay Loblaws Upstairs, 10 Lower Jarvis Street (free parking)
Age of Children: 6-11 years of age (adoptees)
This is an adoption workshop for children 6-11 years of age. Through the Kids Like Me workshop children will: learn to increase their comfort level
when talking about adoption issues, support each other through discussions and role plays with puppets, feel empowered and informed,
will gain a comfort level in understanding adoption issues, race and identity.
Parent(s) will be asked to participate in the last 30 minutes of this workshop and will be provided with a resource package
at the beginning of the children’s session
