1 Pound Raw Peeled and Deveined 31/40 shrimp
1 Package Grano Armano Zita Pasta (or other ziti)
1 Jar Guglielmo’s Rosa Sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
2 TBSP olive oil
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt/pepper
Thaw scallops in the fridge overnight.
In a large saucepan boil water for the pasta. When water begins to
boil add salt, let water return to a boil and cook pasta to al dente.
Drain. Set Aside. Season seafood with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
Place in a hot skillet oiled with 2 TBSP of olive oil cooking until
seafood is firm and opaque. Add jar of sauce to the skillet and stir
to combine. Add al dente pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesan
cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
